Hello Everyone!
In this video I talk a little about:
• My workout totals for the month of January (minutes, calories, miles)
• Goal of losing 5 pounds in February and reaching at least 192.8
• I have decided that making small goals (even if the weight loss is a little slower) helps these losses become sustainable and hopefully preventing me from gaining them back!
