Hey Guys! Welcome to Episode 7 of the Road To The Show series. We are 5 Weeks Out from my Men’s Physique show (Garden State Championships)! I am super excited with how prep is going thus far, and pumped I am able to bring you guys along with the „Road To The Show“ series!

In this video I show talk to you guys briefly about some Weight Loss Tips that I used each and everyday when it comes to prepping for my show and losing weight! These tips posted below, so let me know what you guys think! I also take you guys through a FULL Shredded Arm Workout, and I will have the full workout below as well so definitely give that a try!

WEIGHT LOSS TIPS:
1. Keep reps between 15-20 per exercise.
2. Incorporate a lot of Drop & Super sets.
3. Cardio, cardio, cardio.
4. Keep Rest Periods around 30-45 seconds.

FULL ARM WORKOUT

1. Standing DB Curls (Strip Set)
Set 1: 50 lbs x Failure Reps
Set 2: 35 lbs x Failure Reps
Set 3: 20 lbs x Failure Reps
** No Rest Between Sets

2. EZ Bar Curls (10,10,2,20 Method)
Set 1: 50 lbs x 10 Reps
Set 2: 60 lbs x 10 Reps
Set 3: 100 lbs x 2 Reps
Set 4: 40 lbs x 20 Reps

3. Incline DB Curls
3 Sets x 15-20 Reps

4. Cable Rope Push Downs
4 Sets x 15-20 Reps

5. Cable Kick Backs
3 Sets x 15-20 Reps

6. Leaning Cable Push Downs
3 Sets x 15-20 Reps
