You all have been asking for some harder workouts! Well in honor of some news I got the other day I’m going to be focusing a lot on athletic training and when I’m not doing my workouts I’m going to be doing a hybrid of P90X 2 and the Insanity Asylums!

Anyhoo this workout is a fracking beast! BEAST I tell you! This workout is going to scotch those calories right off. Each round has 4 moves in it. In each is a 10 rep plyo move and a kick or punching move! The 3rd round is the burnout round and it is all weights!
