Come join me on a journey to lose 30 lbs before summer! I am eating 2000 cals a day with 1 cheat meal a week. I am strength training 5-6 times a week in my home gym only. I am doing absolutely NO CARDIO! I post Vids every Sunday. Let’s GET RIPPED ON A BUDGET!
