Hello lovely people!! Here is my third vlog of my fitness journey! I hope you enjoy my coffee rant & leg day workout 🙂

Leg day workout:
4 sets of 10 box squats
3 sets of 15 close stance squats using a hack squat
3 sets of 15 close stance good mornings using another hack squat
3 sets of 10 db sumo squat into a db straight legged deadlift
4 sets of 15 lying leg lifts
