Weight Loss Transformation Motivational Workout Ideas | Before and After Body Sculpting

Depression is tough, One day it came for me. I was not happy in my relationship, career and life. I let everything go. I devoted my time to someone not worth it. Working a job I didn’t like to provide for someone that had no intension of doing the same or close to it. Then I got a letter in the mail from Uncle Sam.

Go to War was addressed to me. Protecting the nation from terrorism was the subject and my military team was the answer. Being an officer in the Army, I had to lead by example by being mentally tough and physically fit. At that point in my life I wasn’t. At that point of my life, I thought of my obligation and the commitment I made to my time in service and knew I had to change now.

I did what I thought was the easiest. I trained my body. It was so hard! Losing weight is not fun but I kept doing it. As I kept doing it, I went harder on my workouts. I started developing my mental toughness. Pretty soon one of my ethos popped into my mind, „Never Quit“.

I fell in love with the strength I developed. I wanted to keep my mind sharp. I went to school. Became educated in physical fitness and gave the fire I had in myself to the people who needed help helping themselves.

If you can gain weight, you can lose it. If you can be sad, you can be happy. Pain always subsides. Its up to you to make sure it doesn’t return. Keep moving forward because the smoke will clear and you will see the light.
