I finally recovered from the Flu and have been working out as often as I can. Here is the first workout I did. I sped it up so that it wasn’t boring to sit through but you should be able to see the types of work outs that I did if you want to try them. This workout is pretty easy as I wanted to start with lower intensity at first.
I’ll be tracking my weight, steps, and workouts from here on out so that I can share my progress!
