So in this video, I will breakdown my weekly weight lost goals and show you guys my progress. I have been really consistent with my diet, workouts, and cardio sessions. SO for week one I weight in about 179.9lb and week 2 I weigh in at 177.6lb and for week 3 I weighed in at 177.4lb. It was pretty unmotivating to see that I did not l see much weight in week 3, but whatever ever as long as I’m consistent. Additionally, in this video I will be showing you guys a 360 rotation of my body and will be also providing a motivational chest workout. Hopefully you guys enjoyed this video!

Alright so let’s get on to it, I’m just an average „kid“ making these videos for „educational“ and „entertainment“ purposes. I don’t know anything about filming, audios, or angles, but the reasons for me attempting to make these „AWESOME“ videos are to please you guys.
