I am sharing my in-home workout because I didn’t feel like going to the gym. I decided to do 3 sets of ten with each workout. I used the 5-pound dumb bells to workout my arms, a resistance band to workout my legs, and the Ab Roller Revolution to work out my stomach. This was just a quick ten-minute workout. Feel free to watch and enjoy. I hope it inspires you to get back moving.
