My upper body is my main area of concern. I know to see real results I need to be consistent, so I’m trying to find ways to do this w/o giving up like I’ve always done in my past attempts. So here’s my first arm challenge, my plan is for 7 days of arms. However I would love to reach 30 days and create a routine thereafter. Pray for me yall!
