Hey Loves as you know I have been on my health journey for a while now, but I physically had to get a new mind set just because I was slacking off before and then I had a wake up call when I was told my doctor that I weighed 260lbs OMG!!! and I’m only 5’4 so that’s not a good look, plus I have my babies who I want to see grow up so there had to be a change mentally and physically. It’s going on 2mths since I stopped eating candy drinking sodas and also eating better it feels amazing I also exercise 6 days a week some cardio and weight training as you seen in this video I decided to share what I do on weights day I hope you enjoy this video until the next one PEACE!!!
