Weight Loss Day 1 Father & Daughter In the GYM!
Getting back in to the swing of things. We dusted off the T25 workout dvd and our daughter Abby who is 10 did a great job for her first time!
I did chest and tricep workouts.
Remember to stay positive and take it one day at a time!!! We all struggle day to day but keep pushing and will the motivation to keep moving!
