40 minute Cardio and Entire Body Sculpt Workout. Each exercise is 1 minute and I never repeat the same exercise twice. This a very fun and quick workout as I keep you moving without repetitive moves! .Super basic, simple and easy to follow. Low Impact is shown for all exercises. I am going to add components of cardio and strength training with Level 1 Beginner / Level 2 Intermediate with modifications shown.
***Workout Routine Break Down***
5 minute warm -up
35 minutes cardio-strength push (35 exercises All Different)
5 minute cool- down and stretch.
2 Big Plastic Cups/ 2 Little Plastic Cups
Medium / Heavy Dumbbell Hand
