A body weight workout you can do anywhere home park office. Tabata is a HIIT protocol which is 20 seconds work maximal effort followed by 10 seconds rest 8 rounds. 4 minutes per exercise.
So you could do 5 exercise (total body workout) in just 20 minutes. Can be done as an introduction or added as a little extra to any fitness program enjoy the video team. A
