This warm up exercise routine is part of my GO-4-10 Beginner Weight Loss Challenge. Do this before each GO-4-10 workout, or before any workout you do. On rest days you can use this easy dynamic workout in combination with the GO-4-10 stretch routine for a nice recovery workout exercise routine.
