YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE TODAYS WORKOUT!!!
Just in case I cant workout for a couple days when our son finally arrives I wanted to take this home workout up a notch.
You will be sweating buckets after the final beep sounds. This is a three circuit fat melting, muscle toning, have you feeling great workout. You will need a dumbbell for this one and a lot of water. Lets get ready to have some fun.

Circuit #1-30 sec per exercise / Repeat 3 times
• In and Out Squat Jumps
• Tornadoes 4 count
• Super Speed Squats
• X-Jax
Rest x 30 sec

Circuit #2-30 sec per exercise / Repeat 3 times
• Tuck Jumps
• Full Burpees
• Push Up Thrusters
• Renegade Rows
Rest x 30 sec

Circuit #3-30 sec per exercise / Repeat 3 times
• High Knee Drop
• Side To Side Lunge
• Double Squat Pop and Press
• Forearm Front Plank
Rest x 30 sec
