What is your workout plan when going to the gym?
One saying I like to use is failing to plan is planning to fail. Going to the gym on a regular basis is fantastic on its own. You are already taking the hardest step and will reap benefits because of that decision. But your time is valuable. Don’t you want to optimize your time in the gym and know that you are purposefully executing a workout plan to lose weight? I know I do.
Unfortunately, most people don’t know what the best workout plan to follow for their specific goal.
