Warm Up:
Straight arm push down 2 x 25

Pull ups AMRAP 2 x
Bent over rows 2 x 18-20
Lat pull down 2 x 18-20
Single arm seated row 2 x 15-18

AB CIRCUIT
Perform each exercise for 10 seconds:Leg raise with hip lift
Elevated flutter kicks
Leg raise flutter kick combo
Open/close leg lift combo
Alternating kicks
… repeat 3 x!
