=== Weight Loss Journey Logs | Day 8===

In Day 8, we are pretty happy to start a second week after a successful week of weight loss journey. My weird sleep routine continues and as in all Mondays, we are having a trouble with our crowded gym so we decide to switch workouts: instead of legs & abs we went for a 30 mins cardio workout which was the planned workout of Day 9. You can also switch workouts if you need to. The only thing that you should not do is to skip altogether.

In this program, Me (Alper) and Marketa are recording and sharing every single day of my weight loss journey.

For nutrition, we make our own meals at home. Just watch the video guys :), they are all there.

For exercise, we are following a program inspired by what Lee Labrada Lean Body Program used to be in the past. We don’t know how it is now as it is a paid program that we did not purchase.

Please be around for the following days! Regardless of how many times you failed, we can make it together this time. This time we can!
