This unique cardio kickboxing training will make you sweat well, and the next day you will most likely feel quite a lot of pain in your muscles.
Exercises are aimed at developing speed, cardiovascular endurance, fat burning, reducing stress and improving coordination.
Warm-up and flexibility exercises are not included in this fitness video, but it is strongly recommended that you spend at least 5 minutes warm-up before you start the basic movements.
