Abs Abs Abs … this workout is all about shaping our abs. I added little bit of cardio as well.
I have chosen 15 different exercises with a timer set to 15/45 second intervals. For 15 seconds your will chose one cardio exercise (high knees, jogging in place, burpees …), for 45 seconds you will perform one ab exercise.
This workout can be done after each other session you might have or you can repeat it 2 or 3 times for just an ab routine for the day.
You will need only an interval timer and yoga mat. Or you can follow along with me if you don’t have a timer.
