In today’s hectic world we are all looking for a quick workout. And the answer came in the form of an only 7 minutes long, but surprisingly effectiveans scientific HIIT workout, which was published in the American College of Sports Medicine Health and Fitness Journal and raved about by The New York Times, Forbes, Good Morning America etc.

This 3D animated video (with timer) lasts only 7 minutes and it will guide you through the 12 exercises that can be done anywhere with the use of a simple chair or bench as equipment.
Get fit quickly and burn fat fast with the 7-minute HIIT!
This 7-minute High-Intensity Interval Training provides many of the fitness benefits of prolonged endurance training but in much less time and with minimal equipment!
Use your body weight as resistance to combine aerobic and resistance training into a single exercise bout lasting approximately 7 minutes. And you can repeat it up to 3 times, if you prefer to increase the intensity of the workout.

Workout structure:
30 seconds HIIT exercise
10 seconds active rest between each exercise
12 different exercises:
1 – jumping jacks
2 – wall sit
3 – push-ups
4 – abdominal crunches
5 – step-up onto chair
6 – squats
7 – triceps dips on chair
8 – plank
9 – high knees running in place
10 – lunges
11 – push-ups with rotation
12 – side plank with arm lift
Equipment: this workout doesn’t require any special equipment; just a chair or bench
Total workout duration: 7 minutes
