Smoothies are delicious and very helpful for getting your macros when you don’t feel like eating. This is a post workout smoothie recipe that I use once in a while. Following are the ingredients:
1. Raw mango
2. Apple
3. Curd
4. Milk (250ml)
5. Whey isolate Chocolate flavour
6. Ice

This is not sweet at all though it has fructose from fruits and aspartame from the whey isolate.
