This video is my Monday workout! LEG DAY!!!! I know it’s not much for most people, but it’s better than nothing, right?! My legs are on fire!

I really enjoy recording these because I can improve my form and hopefully encourage others to begin to add strength training to their routines. A lot of people wait until they are done losing weight to start a strength regime. I’m not trying to enter a bikini competition, but I’d like to keep the little muscle I do have!

It’s also my birthday week, so maybe Mr. Scale will show mercy? *crosses fingers*
