Today I am going to show you my current fitness/workout routine. I hope you find inspiration somehow – if you have any questions, please let me know.
*I started going to the gym because I wanted to be stronger/get in better shape/lose weight. Over the past years, I have gained a lot of weight, which I was very unhappy about. I also really wanted to eat healthier; before I would constantly eat unhealthy food, which would make me feel as if I had zero energy.
