Reduce bad foods- fried, sodas, sweets
Lift Weights at least twice a week Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar up to 2
tablespoons a day – Use Caution!
Waist trainer by Waist Secret
Jogging in the spring and fall
Intermittent fasting
