Watch how I’ve finally found a healthy and sustainable way to lose weight and be fit. I was sick of emotional eating and almost got anorexia in the past few years. I’ve tried many ways to lose weight but everything didn’t work. YOYO diet became very tiring for me. Until I started to be fit & healthy as possible and It has changed my life. I never skipped any meal anymore, I’ll make sure that I eat enough nutrient for my body.
I want to encourage women over there, especially Indonesian women: You do not need to starve yourself to get a nice body! But you should start to eat right and healthy.
