Lately, I’ve been going to FitnessBlender (youtube channel) and they have free AWESOME workouts! This is not a plug or anything like that. I’ve only been using their videos for two weeks and I can already feel a difference, plus I sweat profusely every time!
I used to run but it damages my right ankle too much, so I’ve been transitioning to intervals of HIIT (high intensity) home workouts and dance (of course).
Next time I will probably incorporate my aunt in the video, since she can do a lot more than I can….
