I utilize a leg, pull, push, rest workout split. This is one of my leg day routines!

Leg Day Workout:

Front bar squats: 1×8- 45lbs
4×5- 50lbs

Hyperextensions:
3×12- 10lb plate

Hamstring curls:
3×12- red band

Leg extension
3×12- 35lbs

Not Filmed:
Single leg press downs using the assisted pull up machine
1×12- 110lbs

Abs:
Plank
Leg lifts with yoga ball
Hip bridges with yoga ball

20 minutes on spin bike

50 single unders (jump rope) were completed between
each set.
