Hi friends Its time for my Stay Fit video! today lets do Lunges! to tone up our lower body!Lunges are a good exercise for strengthening, sculpting and building several muscles/muscle groups, including the thighs & butt! No equipment required to do this exercise!
In this i have done a basic lunge which is specially for beginners( the stationary lunge) before starting this you should WARM UP a little and remember do this according to your capacity ! do not put strain on yourself! You can do this exercise for 10 times for each side! This is very easy helpful exercise to tone up your lower body!
