Kim Kardashian Confesses Just How Much Time She Devotes To Working Out
If you’re frustrated with reading about super-slim celebrities who claim to gorge on ice cream and skip the gym, you’ll appreciate Kardashian’s honesty. Kim told W magazine that she carves out a significant amount of time to fitness despite her busy Keeping Up with the Kardashians (KUWTK) schedule.
“I work out for an hour and a half. We weight train so hardcore.”
In addition, for those who say that they’re too tired after a day of work to head to the gym, Kardashian has shared just how she finds time for that lengthy fitness regime. She gets in that hour-and-a-half exercise routine by getting up before her kids have opened their eyes, pointed out People.
“I get up every morning between 5:30 and 6 [to] work out before my kids get up,” revealed Kim.

Kim Kardashian Follows Ketogenic Weight Loss Diet
With such a long workout, Kardashian has discovered the importance of staying hydrated. She has set a goal of “trying to drink lots of water.”
But although Kim attempts to keep her beverages calorie-free by drinking “just water,” she isn’t hesitant to share her occasional diet cheats.
“I recently had a matcha latte and it was so good.”
And that’s not her only cheat on her ketogenic diet. The Daily Mail reported that Kardashian just celebrated her 37th birthday by going to Disneyland and enjoying a treat that’s definitely not part of her low-carb weight loss plan.
