Today’s Workout in Santa Fe Antioquia (Colombia)

30 seconds – jump rope – regular bounce
30 seconds – jumping lunges
30 seconds – jump rope – side straddle
30 seconds – air squats
30 seconds – jump rope – mummy kicks
30 seconds – feet x’s
30 seconds – jump rope – run in place
30 seconds – butt kickers
*Rest 10 seconds between sets
*Rest 1 minute between circuits
*Repeat circuit 3-5x
