Today’s Workout:
-1 min – jump rope – free skip (follow me)
-30 sec – jump rope – high knees (100%)
-20 sec – squat pulse
-1 min – jump rope – free skip (follow me)
-30 sec – jump rope – feet front to back (100%)
-20 sec – squat pulse w/ twist

***rest 10 sec between each exercise (follow the video)
***complete circuit 3-4x resting 1 min between each circuit
