-30 sec jumping lunges
-30 sec jump rope boxer skip
-30 sec jumping lunges
-30 sec front lunges
-30 sec jump rope boxer skip
-30 sec side lunges
-30 sec leap frogs

**rest 10 seconds between exercises
**complete circuit 3-5x (3 beginner, 5 for advanced)
