In this video i will be showing you how to jump rope and lose weight weight. This skipping workout will help you drop your body fat percentage and lose that weight fast !

WORKOUT :

(FIRST SET)

Round 1 – 30 secs slow / 1 minute fast (feet together) / 30 Rest
Round 2 – 30 secs slow / 1 minute fast (Alternating jumps) / 30 Rest
Round 3 – 30 secs slow / 1 minute fast (High Knees) / 30 Rest
Round 4 – 30 secs slow / 1 minute fast (4 jumps the double under) / 30 Rest.

1 minute Rest

(SECOND SET)

Round 1 – 30 secs slow / 1 minute fast (feet together) / 30 Rest
