Day 17 of My Fitness & Weight Loss Journey on the #jenselterchallenge 🎉

Today is the 3rd day of week 3 of Jen Selter’s Home Workout Series available on the Fitplan App.

This is the „Balance Burn Out“ workout which is a combination of butt or lower body and abs. The workouts in this week’s Balance Burn Out workout differed greatly from the ones in the previous weeks. Although, I’m not sure which one I like better. They were challenging in their own ways lol.

Overall, I enjoyed this workout!
