Day 20 of My Fitness & Weight Loss Journey on the #jenselterchallenge ๐
Hey guys!!
Welcome to my 4th consecutive week of my Fitness Journey and Weight Loss Transformation using Jen Selter’s Workout Program from the Fitplan app!
I am so excited to have made it this far without missing a workout day (there are 2 rest days each week which I take on the weekends ๐)
So starting this week I will no longer be following Jen’s Home Workout Series but will instead be switching over to the Bikini Body Challenge (starting on week 4, day 20 of the program).
Today’s workout was definitely challenging which I love and I look forward to continue this journey forward!
This entire workout program, along with other workout routines Jen offers, is available on the Fitplan app. You can also find fitness plans from other highly popular athletes on the Fitplan app as well for the same price (not sponsored).
