Today is the 2nd day of week 3 of Jen Selter’s Home Workout Series available on the Fitplan App.
This is the „Upper Body Fat Blast“ workout and it features 4 exercises that the previous Upper Body Fat Blast workouts did now…. and I actually really enjoyed them. Lol, with that said though I have been struggling to even work my mouse while trying to edit this video today 😆
