Is Weight Training Effective For Fat Loss & Weight Loss

Simple Answer Is Yes! ….Weight training helps build lean muscle tissue which increases metabolism and help fat loss.

Lean muscle tissue is metabolically an active tissue which in turn enhances your resting metabolic rate, so more the amount of lean muscle you have faster is your fat loss process.

Weight training helps build muscle which is excellent for fat loss and weight loss.

But weight training alone will not work for fat loss, in order to lose body fat you need to consider other factor also like –

1. Cardio Vascular Exercises – Which are excellent for burning calories and in turn help enhance the fat loss process.

2. Nutrition – Even more important than weight training and cardio because if you keep it eating junk, all your gym effort is a complete waste of time. …So if your are really serious about losing weight and body fat its important that you need to clean up your eating pattern.

Overall the best way to lose fat is to combine weight training,cardio and nutrition and follow it consistently to see any visible difference.
