WORKOUT BREAK DOWN

1. Single arm cable press + Single arm DB press 10-15 each x many rounds as possible in a total of 15 minutes

2. Heavy barbell shoulder press to failure + DB shoulder press to failure with lighter weight + Dumbbell lateral drop set 10 reps each a total of 3 drop sets for the laterals x as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

3. BOSU ball tricep push up + chest push up + elevated push up each to failure x as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

4. Iso bench press machine 10-12 + Plate front raise drop set to failure + Wide upright row 10 -12 + dips to failure x as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes.

5. Seated bent over rear delt fly + resistance band rear delt fly 10-15 x as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes
