Tabata HIIT Workout

1. Mountain Climber 20 seconds WORKOUT HARD 10 seconds BREAK Repeat 8 times

2. Squats 20 seconds WORKOUT HARD 10 seconds BREAK Repeat 8 times

3. Burpees (HATE THESE lol) 20 seconds WORKOUT HARD 10 seconds BREAK Repeat 8 times
