Hi Guys in this video I describe how I lost 40 pounds and 13.5 inches off of my waist. For massive weight loss get you a routined work out and stick to you! Believe in yourself! Change your life.

Interval training:
Run on the treadmill for 20 minutes.
2 minutes running and 2 minutes walking.
Build up, start where you need to.
Your goal is to be able to run your 2 minutes on at least a speed of 8mph.
