To lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks using a toy snake…
FIRST: get a toy snake, rat, roach, lizard or etc. or anything that you’re scared of that will seriously motivate you into swinging your broom as fast as you can.
SECOND: get a broom, mop, bat or something of that nature that you may have handy to help you kill the imaginary rat, snake or whatever the hell it is you are scared of.
THIRD: get a chair and place your snake or whatever in the chair.
FOURTH: proceed to beat the heck out of the animal (remember not to use a real animal) for 25 seconds and then follow that with 25 second jumping jacks followed by a 10 second rest and you will repeat that up to 15 times for a 15-minute high intensity workout.
DO the HIIT workout 3-to-4 days per week for 1-to-4 times per day if done for only 15 minutes at a time or 1-2 times per day if done back to back for 30 minutes at a time.

It is a good idea to use any chair but place a mat, pillow or some kind of cushion between you and the chair to prevent any damage to the chair as you are hitting it with your broom, bat or towel.
As for what you use to swing and hit the toy animals just make sure you are actually pretending you are trying to kill it because you are scared of it and I guarantee after 25 seconds you will be exhausted and if not after the first time you will be after the 2nd or 3rd round. Believe you me.

HERE’S THE TRUTH: You will not lose 10 pounds as fast in 2 weeks if all you have left is 10 pounds to lose but if you are over 20, 30+ pounds overweight then yes you will lose at least 10 pounds in 2 weeks but don’t expect this toy snake workout to do it alone for you.
