Cardio:
Started and finished with 15 minutes

Weight Workout (Upper Body):
•For all exercises: 4 sets, 8-12 reps
• Barbell bench press
• Dumbell bent over row
• Machine shoulder press
• Barbell curls
• Cable tricep press downs
