This is an at home workout that should take around 45 minuets to complete. Remember quality over quantity I would rather you complete the exercises correctly versus how many you complete.

My workout
•Jump rope 35 seconds
•High knees 35 seconds
Repeat 5 times
•Jumping jacks 35 seconds
•Froggy jumps 35 seconds
Repeat 3 times
•Jump squats 40 seconds
•Split lunges 10 each leg
Repeat 3 times
•10 push ups
•10 dips
Repeat 3 times
•Ab Roller
