This workout is great for those of you who want to get lean, lose weight and gain some high quality lean muscle mass. The whole workout takes about 25 to 30 minutes to complete. It involves: goblet squats, deadlifts, dumbbell floor press, dumbbell floor flies, dumbbell shoulder press, dumbbell lateral raises, dumbbell bent over rows, dumbbell biceps curls and dumbell triceps extensions.
Perform about 15 to 20 repetition per exercise for best results.
