A great way to overcome a weight loss plateau is to increase your cardio. One of my favorite kinds of cardio is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT cardio is a great way to get your heart rate up and increase your metabolism for weight loss results. In this video I tell you my typical HIIT routine on the treadmill and explain the basic principles of HIIT cardio.
