3 circuits | repeat each circuit 3 times before moving on to the next circuit. After completing 1 circuit, take a 1 minute rest
20 seconds exercise A
20 seconds exercise B
20 seconds rest period


20 seconds | squat jacks
20 seconds | rotating in-n-out (dumbbell is optional)
20 seconds | rest

Repeat 3 times, take a 1 minute rest and move on to circuit 2

20 seconds | basketball star (still lol’ing) (what is the real name someone tell me)
20 seconds | jumping plank with side crunch
20 seconds | rest

Repeat 3 times, take a 1 minute rest and move on to circuit 3

20 seconds | star jumps
20 seconds | sit up with arms above head
20 seconds | rest
