If your weight loss plan doesn’t work out, maybe it’s time to get structured: planning your week, looking at your life and see if you are in control can help you with structuring your weight loss journey e.g. by mealplanning / mealprepping, sceduling your workouts to the best time of the week etc. but also to check if you’re getting enough rest days.
At least this is what I will be doing nowand I really feel energized again and up to new adventures. First plus was for my husband because I decided, today was the day he would be allowed to sleep in.
