80 Repetition Chipper
You have 80 reps of each of the following exercises to complete in any order and format you wish. That’s where the name chipper comes from, you just chip away at those totals.
The time cap for this workout is 20 minutes.
– Bent over row OR Single arm row
– Shuffle and touch
– Pop ups
Goal as always is to do as many good form reps as possible.
TIP: 10 reps of each in a circuit format wouldn’t be a terrible place to start.
